PeakMark brings these elements together so the homeowner has a clearer view of the project, the decisions required and what needs to happen next.

Completed founder-led renovation

A multi-stage whole-home renovation in practice.

This is Eugene Luyke’s own multi-stage whole-home renovation. It is presented transparently as a founder-led project—not as an independent client commission—and demonstrates PeakMark’s approach to planning, sequencing, coordinating providers and materials, and overseeing progress through to completion.

About PeakMark

Meet Eugene Luyke, founder of PeakMark Residential.

Eugene is a Singleton local with professional experience in engineering, operational leadership, strategic planning, risk management and project improvement.

After coordinating a substantial, multi-stage renovation of his own family home, Eugene experienced firsthand how difficult it can be for homeowners to manage quotations, trades, materials, scheduling and ongoing decisions alongside everyday life. That experience helped shape PeakMark Residential.

PeakMark works alongside homeowners to bring greater structure and visibility to the renovation process. You remain in control of the decisions and engage contractors directly, while Eugene helps define the work, coordinate information and providers, organise the sequence and keep progress visible.

For Eugene, PeakMark is about building trusted local relationships and helping homeowners approach renovations with greater confidence and control.

Licensed and regulated work is completed by appropriately licensed and qualified providers.
