Completed founder-led renovation
This is Eugene Luyke’s own multi-stage whole-home renovation. It is presented transparently as a founder-led project—not as an independent client commission—and demonstrates PeakMark’s approach to planning, sequencing, coordinating providers and materials, and overseeing progress through to completion.
A previously underused lower-level entrance transformed into a warm arrival space, with practical storage, coordinated finishes and a considered connection to adjoining areas.
A compact area converted into a functional bathroom, requiring careful planning around the ceiling profile, layout, services, waterproofing and finishes.
A dedicated room completed through coordination of the layout, lighting, electrical requirements, window coverings, flooring and entertainment equipment.
